Description:  NS 5259, nee-PC 8042, ex-CR 8042, westbound, passes the old Herr's Mill at Schuyler. In the early years of Conrail, this unit worked much harder on this line being in the CR 8040-8064 series assigned to deliver UFS PPLX coal trains to the power plant located 3.6 miles east of here.

The Industrial Track has received some much needed upgrading from what it had been in years past, but light jointed rail is still in place. But with welded rails laying nearby, might something more be in store for the Industrial Track?
